I think I was dead on when I said Springfield would get about an inch. I was looking at the long range charts I don't see any major storms anytime soon! Spring is right around the corner!

Monett has a light glaze of ice on surfaces this evening as well as about 1/8" of snow... we are back to freezing drizzle at this time. Things are really starting to get slick around here.

Good morning! It is definitely cold, cold, cold here! Snow only amounted to about 3/4" here, but it is very hard to judge that because of the wind making drifts and leaving other areas exposed.

I live about 2 miles south of Waynesville and have 4.5 inches of snow and have seen a drift at about a foot. If it weren't for car tracks, I couldn't tell where the road is.
